Sharing our experience as Chair of Siksika Healing Lodge. From negotiating financial & construction, to operations & programming. Developed federal non-for-profit entity governance model. Established board of directors with applicable bylaws. Developed operations readiness strategic plan as well as several deliverables as per grant agreement. Set target date right from the start and on pace to open on time.
