Awakening To Harmonious Integration, A Recovery Blueprint

Dr. Erin Mantis

Session Description

Awakening To Harmonious Integration (ATHI) is a Chakra-based program designed for therapists, healers, and coaches seeking to enhance their confidence, effectiveness, and client outcomes. With over 25 years of experience in mental health and addiction recovery work, I developed ATHI as a structured and comprehensive approach to addressing emotional, psychological, behavioral, and spiritual barriers to healing.

This presentation briefly introduces eight of the ATHI methods as a recovery-based protocol, focusing on a key recovery theme within each Chakra: Sense of Belonging (Root Chakra), Habitual Escapism (Sacral Chakra), Shame (Solar Plexus Chakra), Codependency (Heart Chakra), Honesty (Throat Chakra), Responsibility and Accountability (Third Eye Chakra), and Spirituality (Crown Chakra). Through interactive tools—which include the Root pre-assessment question on Sense of Belonging, the Sacral Chakra Learning with Habitual Escapism and the energetic balancing tool, an ART Projective on the Solar Plexus showcasing Shame, Introduction to the Soul Vision and invitation for Culmination, an original Heart Chakra Codependency Affirming Meditation for this group of participants, Aligned Behavioral Script on Honesty in the Throat Chakra, Accountability in the Third Eye Chakra with the Journaling Partner, and the Daily Transformation spotlighting Spirituality in the Crown Chakra.

The ATHI methodology is rooted not only in the recovery themes but in the re- wiring of neural pathways through deep self reflection and methodical repetition for long term change. This session provides a speedy experiential journey into ATHI’s and offers the attending practitioner’s an introductory gift bag of tools that can be immediately implemented for enhanced client outcomes. The participants are also invited to sign up for a personalized Soul Vision Culmination, Embodying and Chakra Alignment, a Pre- Assessment of their choice, and an original ATHI Meditation or Visualization. We are happy to discuss the course at more length for interested participants.

Learning Objectives

  • Create awareness around the application of the ATHI Chakra-Based Framework: Participants will be exposed to the seven key chakras and their correlation to specific recovery-related themes, such as belonging, escapism, shame, codependency, honesty, accountability, and spirituality. The participants will briefly view and receive a sample of the (1) Aligned Behavioural Scripts (ABS) for Honesty in the Throat Chakra; (2) Journalling Partner for Accountability and Responsibility in the Third Eye Chakra and (3) Daily Transformation for Spirituality in the Crown Chakra.
